1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must remain in their original, unused, and undamaged condition—including intact tags and original packaging (e.g., unopened shoe boxes, unworn apparel with attached labels). No signs of wear, washing, or alteration are allowed.
  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrectly shipped by Tradeliery Inc.

2. Return Process

  2. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address:

    Do not ship items without an RA number—unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Ship the Items: Securely package eligible items to prevent transit damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the items within 1–3 business days to confirm eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The posting time depends on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).
  • The fixed $10 shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return results from our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).

4. Exchange Policy (Worldwide Shipping)

We proudly offer worldwide exchange services for eligible items (within 30 days of receipt), subject to product availability:
  1. Follow Steps 1–2 of the Return Process (contact us + obtain an RA number), and specify your desired exchange details (e.g., size, color).
  2. After we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship the replacement product to your country or region worldwide.
  3. Exchange Shipping: Standard worldwide delivery time for exchanges is 5–25 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), with a fixed $10 shipping fee. This fee is waived if the exchange is due to our error.
  4. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

5. Special Notes

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Monogrammed accessories, made-to-order footwear, or other customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they contain manufacturing defects.
  • Transit Liability: Tradeliery Inc is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. Please retain your tracking number for reference.
  • International Returns: For customers outside the U.S., all customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
